   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>The mechanism is suggested to account for the modulating effect of weak audio-frequency (a few hundred Hz) electromagnetic fields on the geoacoustic emission intensity in the case when liquid phase (aqueous solution) in the pore-fracture space of the noise zone controlled by the geophone is the incompressible Newtonian fluid with constant viscosity and permittivity beyond the slipping plane of the electrical double layer.</p>
